Welcome to my online Apothecary!
My name is Nicole Cluff. I grew up in Southern California and have also lived in Hawaii and Costa Rica. My journey into herbalism began with a deep longing to find sovereignty in my health. I was raised relying on antibiotics and over-the-counter medications for most illnesses, which ultimately left my immune system feeling weakened.

After moving to Hawaii, I realized I needed to take my health into my own hands. This awakening led me to explore alternative and holistic forms of healing. Through yoga, folk herbalism, and a nourishing diet, I was able to find sovereignty in my health.

I have completed multiple online courses in folk herbalism and herbal skincare, as well as a nine-month apprenticeship rooted in plant spirit connection, plant shamanism, and the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing. I gained my 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and Level 1 Himalayan Sound Bowl Healing in Kathmandu, Nepal. I am also currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula. I began creating herbal products over two years ago and have since shared them at various markets across Costa Rica and Southern California. The heartfelt feedback I’ve received from those who have tried my products has encouraged me to continue to pursue this path and share my creations with the world. 

My offerings are created to support you in coming back home to yourself. Each product serves as a portal for deep remembrance—of a time when we lived in harmony with the Earth, ourselves, and our communities.

The number 3 symbolizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. This is the inspiration behind the name 333 Medicine—a reflection of my belief that true healing addresses all three layers: mental, physical, and spiritual.

All products are handmade by me using pure, whole, and organic ingredients. 

Whenever I make medicine, I set up sacred space and calm my energy through meditation, smoke cleansing, and drinking consciousness-shifting herbs. In this way, I am able to connect with the plants in a meditative state and fuse their energy with mine, resulting in powerful medicine!
